My role as your Business Coach is to help you, as the business owner, improve your business through guidance, support and encouragement. I specialise in helping the owners of small and medium sized businesses particularly focusing on the areas that I consider to be key in any successful business:
- performance management
- team building
- motivation
- communication
- customer service
Paying particular attention to the above can then allow you to focus on your business and not in it. You can then lead your company instead of managing everyone and everything in it.
It is my experience that truly successful organisations have a succinct idea of what they are and what they are attempting to be. They might not always know how to get there. That's where I can assist you with the identification of goals and strategies.

I believe wholeheartedly that investing in yourself, your staff and your customers will help you construct a strong and dependable business. I want to help you do that. As a business owner myself I can appreciate how things may appear complicated at times and that you may wonder what on earth you were thinking about by setting up a business in the first place! I also understand how taking a step back and using a 'fresh pair of eyes' can be both illuminating and empowering.
So what do I do exactly and how? Well, I can provide workshops for you and your staff on the key elements bulletted above. I can provide half day or full day workshops.
