Here at Osborne and Company a number of changes to the way the company is run are being presented to the team and there have been the obvious difficulties with resistance to change.
It was decided that we needed a third party to pull the team together and make the necessary changes.
After a consultation with Jackie Scott of Scottsim Ltd, a session was held to motivate the team and reinforce team spirits.
The session was held away from the office and ran for 4 hours. Jackie was very well prepared and conducted a well-presented and thoroughly researched session. The afternoon was a big success and the feedback was really positive.
The changes that continue to be made are now met with less resistance and more understanding. We have decided that a follow up session will be necessary in a few months so as not to lose the positive effect the session has had and we are considering making it a regular occurrence within our company.
